Default Fuel relay

Been having to switch my relays around to start the car... very confusd... do I need another fuse box?..

I do not know the answer to your question but would like to welcome you to the forum!!
Anything to do with relays and fuses, first thing I would make sure to check is for corrosion at the connection and any loose grounds.
Hopefully someone with more electrical knowledge than myself will post soon and you can get started on trying to resolve your problem.

what is actually happening to your monte?? are you getting power to the engine?
