fuel injector upgrade?

It's not that you can't do rockers and a cam- you just have to watch your total valve lift. Your heads can only handle so much lift, so on stock heads, you're not going to run a huge cam and the highest ratio rockers together.
The thing with changing lift via rockers- that's a great solution for people who don't want to do a cam (usually because of the labor involved). You don't get all of the benefits of a cam by just doing rockers because you can only adjust one variable (lift). But it is an easy way to add a little power.
Doing a cam and higher ratio rockers on these engines doesn't make any sense. Since you're doing a cam anyways- you should buy the cam that gives the lift you want (you can have just about any spec cam custom ground if you don't like off the shelf grinds).
arent 1.6 ratio the same as stock? what performance gains do you get from the yella terra 1.7?
IMO- if you're doing an aftermarket cam, stick with stock rockers. The money saved can be better spent on the trans, and it's one less potential failure point (look at all of the Harland Sharp failures from the past where the roller ate into the rocker body).
