Is the spark plug actually crunched, or did it just melt? How did it sound when it blew?

Idk I havnt seen it yet. And sounded like crunched cause it sounded like misfire and was banging a lil.

That is what mine did. Detonation melted the end of the plug. Really easy fix, and it will smoke like crazy / act blown.

Man I really hope thats it. So all you did is new spark lug and it fired up?

Well no, it happened close enough to winter I tore it all down to the heads to clean some stuff up and wire tuck, but that should be my only issue. Happens a lot more then you would think I have found out. It made my car run very very rough, and it was smoking, which I assumed was oil. It was just smoking from the un burnt fuel, which hopefully could be your only issue.
Were you scanning for knock?

Well guys the shop put a bore scope and I have a hole in a piston.

Well so far it looks like no other damage and I can just replace that piston and then get it running again. Then Tim from ZZP is going to make sure the tune and everything with the fuel trims is right since it sounds like a det problem. But for right now I would like some input. Fix her and keep her? Or fix her and sell her?
