I know, I am so glad and super lucky to have a shop like that to take my car to and a support group to rely on like you guys.

 

Mike stopped yesterday because of anger.

He was having his truck towed back from clarksville, $300
then something picked up on the interstate and took out the whole passenger side of the truck (totalled)
and has to replace the trans in it.

So while angry, he started dropping the new engine in eleanor and the rear manifold snagged the dipstick for the trans and broke the red handle.
that's when he said" im done" and crackd open a beer.

He just called me and told me the car is done now... ill be glad to be driving her on a nice day such as tomorrow

 

Cool! About the car being ready I mean, not Mike's bad day... Hope all is well when you check her out tomorrow.

 

Just got eleanor back... I missed her so.

Driving around town, just to get to know her again... the exhaust is louder and mike noticed and fixed something while worrking on this engine... the egr wires were melted together. He seperated them and now... no problems... no cel, nothing
