New engine is in and I got her back!!!! Will post pics tomorrow, im cleaning up the cover tot the new engine. They had to give mine as a core to buy the new one... cleaning and painting tonight and driving without one until finished.

She's getting another new engine. He said the yard is giving him another new engine today with less miles than that one had on it.

Its from another lesabre, he's gonna have to do the parts swapping again.

 

Hi `Dustin, It's great to read that they are going to get you another engine with lower miles. I hope that it's a good one, and will they also give you a warranty of this one ?

I know that it has to be stressful, but I'm happy that you are keepin your Monte & not risking getting the Pontiac that you mentioned b-4...Look 4ward 2 your updates....Good Luck

 

Dustin - Bummer that you have to go through this again. Is the labor for the swap-out covered under warranty as well??
