Default Cylinder 6 misfire code

I just finished installing new lower intake manifold gaskets and put the engine back together. I installed new spark plugs at the same time and it is running very sluggish now and coded with a cylinder 6 misfire. I pulled the #6 plug and it is covered with gasoline. Any suggestions?

Check the injectors, you probably tore an o-ring

Thanks for the reply ChibiBlackSheep. I've put new lower o-rings on each of the injectors and it still codes as a cylinder 6 misfire. In all, I have replaced pcv valve, fuel filter, sparkplugs, wires, and lower o-rings on injectors. I've also put injector cleaner in with full gas tank. Any other suggestions

There are 2 o-rings per injector, are you sure one isn't torn?

Also what wires/plugs did you use?

I didn't replace the upper 0-rings where the injectors go into the fuel rail, because I haven't removed the fuel injectors from the fuel rail, and thus figured that I couldn't have done any damage to the upper 0-rings. The plugs I bought were midrange in price (I can't remember the brand) and wires that I bought were standard but lifetime warranty ones from O'reily.

I ask because our cars dislike Bosch, and some other non-AC Delco plugs and wires.

If you move plugs around does it stay on cylinder 6?

Could it be as simple as a bad spark plug?

The plugs I have are Denso. I swapped the #6 cylinder spark plug with the #4 cyllinder spark plug and it still is coding as a #6 cylinder misfire. When I pulled the new spark plug from the #6 cylinder, it was covered in gas just like the old one. Put a new coil on for the #6 cylinder, per advise from a guy at the auto store, but it still acts the same. What should I try next
