Contemplating joining the S/C club

i like my topswap as i had time to port the heads and build it all up. ZZP's kit is not worth the price. the main jump in price is the fuel rails and limit of how small of a pulley you can go. This is because the belt does not wrap around the SC as much vs a L67 belt route.

Personally I'd say Turbo, it seems a lot more people on the forum seem to be running them.

As well most people in the public I think expect a S/C on the Monte Carlo's instead of a Turbo...

Toss in a Turbo leave em' in the dust

Damien, if you do end up getting the Z3 or cartuning turbo kit and install it yourself ill try and make sometime to come up and work on the install with you. So I can get practical experience on the install. Or vice versa if I end up doing mine first. If you top swap I may be interested in working on that with you too.

The turbo just leaves a LOT of easy upgrades and less engine teardown.

It's just going to be slightly more expensive in the short run (but it's all NEW parts)
