Just joining..wanted to introduce myself
Hello everyone! My name's Gary I own a 2007 monte carlo ls with 114k on it. I am new to any self service on my car. Nobody ever really showed me so I just learned how to change my own oil (lol) at the age of 24. Better late than never right?
realising how easy it was I'm gonna take on changing my cabin air filter next (seems pretty idiot proof) and if I can manage that I'm gonna change this Damn oil pressure sending unit...
Anyways, just wanted to say hi glad to join and ill probably be asking some questions here soon after I do some searches first. Just came here to learn some things and maybe one day can help someone else.

Hello Gary, nice to haver you here with an 07 Monte, very nice cars for sure.
Here is a forum link on changing your cabin air filter. See below:

The oil pressure sending unit is not all that bad to replace, one of our members George just replaced his this week at midnight in very cold Philadelphia weather conditions, and apparently all he did was remove the front passender tire, fender splash guard and used a monkey wrench to get to it. Best of luck.
