Default code p0108

ugh so heres the deal, i fixed the fuel regulator problem but not heres the next i have thrown a p0108 code, which according to my scanner i am getting a high volt reading from my MAP sensor. i unplugged it with the car in the on position and it read no volts. but when i plugged it in it read around 0.85. with the engine starts running the scanner reads 0.20-.50 but sometimes go up to .80. im thinking about ordering another one. but should i take anymore steps to diagnose this?

I would get a new MAP. But I recommend that you get a new PCV Valve at the same time. Your PCV is located under the MAP and they work together. I found out the hard way to replace the PCV BEFORE OR WITH THE MAP. I replaced my MAP twice in 6 weeks. The first time just the MAP. The second time, the PCV and MAP together. That took care of the code!

Upon further inspection I wiggled the wire harness and the numbers jumped with it. I ziptied the wires and the numbers seemed to stabilize. But still was above 0.50 (0.65) So I still might order a new map sensor but I'm starting to believe its the wire. The pcv valve is new came with the dorman kit. And now another code showed uo, p0101 something to do with the maf sensor, so I cleaned it and out it back hopefully thats it we shall see

Well this morning I was driving and car sputtered all crazy then died. After numerous tries I got it to start and went to work. The p0101 code came back up. So I cleaned it again. I'm gettin a map sensor today but is there a certain type of maf sensor to get? I'm starting to get real irritated with this car

AC/Delco! The aftermarket ones don't work very well with others!
