Default Cartuning Turbo Kit Install Complete

http://
So the turbo kit from Cartuning.Ca is finally installed. I must say I am very happy with the initial results. (Although I plan on having YEP build a tranny for me, before I up the power)
Ended up with 443whp/437tq. Drives like a completely different car, and has turned a lot of heads (even smoked a gxp otw home from the shop). Only had it back 12 hours but im in love all over again. Torque steer isby bad like I thought....its starts to pull to the left slightly around 105mph....thats as fast as I've pushed so far😈

Very nice, I bet she drives like a whole new car, you doubled the factory hp. Bet you feel like you are flying. Got her up to a buck 5 eh, need to push her into the 140's to feel the thrill. I was wondering how the build was going, happy for you it is over and back in your possession. Somethings will take a minute, just have to schelax and let them do their magic. My first time around with the custom builds my Monte was gone for over 2.5 years. And its back into the shop all the time for this or that.

400 whp is actually pretty decent, you running a water meth kit?

Yeah, it seems like it was taking forever. Definitely worth the wait, it's super quiet unless I open the electric cut-out so it's still a sleeper. I think I'm content for the time being...I know I'll have to rebuild the tranny and it Will go on another hiatus. So for now I plant to have fun with it....140? Sheesh...I guess there's no point of getting a turbo if your not going to use it huh? Go fast, or don't go!

Speed and acceleration are just like an addictive drug. Do it enough times and you get used to it and want more and more. The only limit is your wallet!

Watched your video, why did they keep your air intake in the hot engine bay? Would not take much to have stuck it into your fender well, where it will draw cooler air from outside the engine bay. I like your turbo blanket, important accessory to have.

Never thought of that. I am dropping the hood off at the body shop today to have the mustang GT500 extractor vent placed in the middle, and the two hood louvers from the 96 grand prix gtp. It'll basically look similar to Buscemi's 800hp monte carlo. Hoping to get it back in a few days, and I'll upload pics of the finished product oh and yeah its just a water/meth kit but i opted to use "boost juice".....plotting on more power now. Think I'll call it quit if I can get to 500whp
