Yeah, I know your pain as far as breaking stuff goes. Through the years ive gone through many a short block and transmissions...I've even broke my ZZP trans twice. Dont know the cause of the first failure since it was under warranty, but the second time, I jus blew out the channel plate gasket...but, have since installed the metal gaskets and been good since. Also, the Miezier (sp) flex plate is pretty much a "must do". ..and I didn't/dont evem make as much power as you...my setup is, L36 bottom, ZZP stg 3 heads (modded more), XPZ cam (adv. cam timing), ZZP Full Size IC, Gen5 M90 (2.6" pulley) NorthStar TB, Headers, ect ect ect.
When these cars run though....in between breaking, it makes all the time n effort well worth it does it not? Lol

I also have a meziere flex plate
I also just sourced and am buying a aermet 800hp GMR input shaft, GMR 300m output shaft, GMR torsen diff, and a GMR (secret and rare ratio) 1" chain set.
When there running there worth every minute when they break I ask myself why I do this and then I get my answer when I fix it and drive it again! Lol that's why I keep doing it.
