If that's all your buying from ZZP, shipping will be very expensive and not worth it.

Also if you put in the 180 and your fan speeds are still set to 212 (stock setting) it won't be much help in traffic or anything and you'll feel it in the winter when your heat isn't as great. I wouldn't bother with that right now, until you mod more.

Agree with what Chibi said.
Wait for a few more mods to drop the T-Stat, air intake, a tune/canned tune should suffice.
Skip zzp's t-stat, you can find those cheaply at any auto part store.
