Default in dash guage conversion?

I own a monte ss 84. I recently saw on a web site a conversion plate for the dashboard. The plate lets you fit larger sized spedo and tach in the original dash. It has three spaces for guages, Two large on the outside and one smaller in the middle. I never was able to find the site again and was wondering if anyone knows what Im talking about and can hook me up with the site so I can purchase one. Thanx.... The4thlast1@aol.com

Default RE: in dash gage's conversion?

i would just pattern out the one you have to the gages that you want to add in to the dash make it out of thin card board and then cut it out then you have a template to do it in what ever you want to and it cost half the price and you can do it any way you want or add anything that you want to it.
not o mention you have pride in your ride for doing it your self
Just my .02 worth
I have made dash inserts for older M/C and trucks before they are flat and pretty easy to do
Good luck and show pics
