Default Best PCM for 3.4?

Hey I am looking at purchasing a reprogrammed PCM, but I have a couple questions....
I have a 2003 LS 3.4 and I have only found two PCM's so far, one from Milzy Motorsports and one from OverKill Motorsports, now which one is better? Also am I looking at any increase in MPG? And lastly will this at all affect my engine life? I am going to get a cheap ebay intake kit for it also and the exhaust will be getting done soon, so I am thinking Stage 1 tuning from Milzy Motorsports will be suffice, but let me know!
Thanks

dont get the intake kit from ebay, its actually a WAI and will not do you any good, most of us have found out the hard way, both pcms will be good, you just have to make sure its tuned for 3400 and tuned to what you have done to your car

you probably won't be gaining any mpg's, in fact most of them require you to run premium fuel, so be aware of that.

a good CAI would be one from K&N, & some tuning shops can also reprogram pcms

So I am pretty sure I am gonna go with the overkill one, because they are from Canada so there will be no border hassles, so I would need to run Premium just because of the PCM? And anybody got a link for a K and N intake for the 3.4 or any good intake for the 3.4?
thanks

you need to see what they are changing. Most of them adjust timing to run on premium. thats where they are getting their increase power from.. among the other things they adjust. I would contact them to verify

Also to let you know MP Racing has a pcm available too (http://www.mpracing.org/store/). I'm not sure about who has the "best" pcm, but what you have to make sure about is that whoever you get it from is that they program it for all of your car's needs.

Also, for 3400 parts there's this place as well: http://www.wot-tech.com/shop/
