i have the l67, as probably noted, so i am just thinking that there is not too much different that could need to be done to intercool a 3400.
Actually, its totally different. On an L67 with the M90 we use a heater core or similar heat exchanger under the blower with coolant flowing through it (with the exception of the Australian version where they have an adapter for an A-A IC) connected to a radiator up front.

On a CSC'd 3400, you would route the air tubing coming out of the supercharger through an air to air intecooler mounted in front of the radiator- and then route the piping back to the throttle body, just like you would in a turbo setup.

Both accomplish the same thing though, just one cools the air with air, and the other cools the air with water which gets cooled with air.

I'm sure there are clearance issues somewhere that they didn't want to provide adapters or mods for- for one, I notice in the pic of the engine on their site- it doesn't have the big dogbones up top to mount the engine, and also doesn't have the big cross braces either.

I did find a site where a guy was selling a kit, and had some more pics:

You can see the fan shroud needed cut up- so that may be a clearance point too. Although, he does say he can provide mounts for a '3400 wbody'.

That made me think its been done before, so I did some searching, and we apparently have a member with the rsm kit on his monte:

Zofo61:

From that, it looks like it fits fine, not sure what is needed to adapt it then.

However, if you do some searching about the RSM kit, there have been some problems with it:

THE BAD

1. Bearing Failure
2. Cheap Machine Keys = sloppy tolerences
3. PCM is the stock program with a few things turned off in it (not properly tuned)
4. Kit removes the MAF sensor which, is almost a necessity to properly tuning the engine.
PCM programming is no big deal, we can fix that- the MAF sensor should also be able to be readded with some intake piping manipulations.

As for the long shaft bending and trashing bearings, I don't know how bad it really is.

Also, if you look into RSM racing (and why they exist under a different name now)- they are a pretty shady company.

Doing a google search there are many more hits about various RSM Racing customer service problems.

im sure making a few modifications to make it fit wont hurt any. hell i have seen cars with the alternator where the a/c used to be.

however it goes on, i an sure it will make a good amount of power.
