Default 3.9 liter PCM

Any one out there have any luck with PCM tuning for the 3.9 liter engine? Ive found a couple sites that say they can do it but i really have no idea what i need. I would like to get rid of the speed limiter for sure. Any suggestions? Ideas? Comments? Words of wisdom?

probably any pcm tune is gonna get rid of your limiters, just ask whoever exactly what they do when they program it. where are you looking at?? put a link up and im sure everyone can help out, i got this done not to long ago for MMS but i just looked on there and it dont look like he does it for the 3900. but what other mods do you have?? the only real things i got done is exhaust and intake with the pcm and i love it. im sure no matter what youll see some decent gains. but you should defiantly put up a link on the ones your looking at so everyone can help with it>

I have have a homemade cold air intake. (auto zone parts, no heatsheild. looking at the CAI one though). But that is my only mod so far... there isnt alot out there for the 3.9, and i dont have the cash or time right now to do a whole rebuild.

get a good cai first from here first: http://www.coldairinductions.com/ before you do any tuning. if you don't have the cash, don't even think of doing any tuning!! not trying to be a jagoff, but that is the way to go for now....

The market for the 3.9 just isn't that great right now, but there's always an option of getting an HPTuner and using that (though not cheap, at least you can keep it)
