Ok cool...Would you go with a M90 supercharger? That is the only supercharger i can find at this time for my car..Are there any other ones out there for it or any that i could fit on there?

easyer yes. more expensive Yes. and more limited in mods at this time YES
there are other SC avalible for the 3800, eaton also makes an m112 (the m90's bigger brother) and there is also a whipple supercharger that will fit. but the m112 and whipple are only needed if you are going majorly high on boost. and since you will have a non SC block, your going to be runing high compression. so you wont be needing as much boost anyway. there is also a 5th generation m90. the normal m90 is a gen 3 i believe. when people upgrade teh SC its normally to the gen 5.
your best bet would be to deside how much power you want. and then start planing. if you get a target goal in site you can save yourself a lot of time and more importantly Money.
