Hi guys.

Just bought a 2004 LS. Love the car, rides smooth for the most part.

Recently I've noticed that periodically, like every 3 - 4 days, bumpy tranny shifts. After the cars parked for a bit I'll come back and everything will be fine:seamless shifting again. As well the engine light came on a few days ago. Now these shifts aren't severe but rather enough to notice which is causing me concern. I'm also getting the sense that this may have something to do with the humidity spell we've been having. Does that make sense?

Any thoughts, suggestions? Going to take the car into my mechanic next and have him give her a going over, just have been too busy with work lately

just your engine warming up. it'll shift harder on a cold start. but these trannys have issues, so do take care, i try not to break 4 grand to often. i've heard of their trannys dying before even 70k,

But whats with the engine light coming on, something unrelated perhaps?

 

the jerks felt the same before and after the light? chance their unrelated, but i'd check that out. :|
