Default Forever for Engine To Start (1974 6.6L)

I just did a full tune up, got everything on my car running, but the problem is, it takes forever to get it to start. One thing I noticed is that it turns over slower then my integra does. Second, if I blast the carb with some carb cleaner, it start as I give it gas and it fights to stay on, then it will eventually stay on. Once the car is warm though, this problem goes away. Starts right up, doesnt missfire when I drive or anything. Carburetor is rebuilt. Dizzy cap rotor pointers all brand spankin new, with new wires and spark plugs which are gapped properly.

What could be the problem here? Fuel pump? Electrical somewhere? Vacuum? Something I am missing?
