Default 2003 SS Oil Leak from valve cover or head gasket

So I am trying to figure out which is leaking, my head gasket, or the valve covers. In the crevices on the top of the engine, there is standing oil, and the car was almost a quart low. I took it in for a recall and the dealer said the valve cover gaskets need replaced, but it appears the oil is coming from the head gasket as it is on both sides of the engine (or both valve cover gaskets are leaking)

Ideas? I was gonna degrease the whole engine then see if I can spot some fresh oil.

thanks

head gasket would cause anti-freeze in the oil, no?

It could also be the upper or lower intake gasket or both. This is a common problem also.
