My check engine light was on so i brang the car to Auto Zone they diagnosed and said it had to do with the Mass Air Flow Sensor. So i bought some crc mass air flow sensor cleaner and throttle body cleaner. and used it on my car. so now my car was running alright. But recently now my car has a rough idol. and i have to turn it on 3-4 times before it stays running, my engine has a air like hissing noise. and when i was driving it my car was acting like i was accelerating and then letting go of gas and braking. and it had a bad noise about it when it was happening...So basically my question is what should i do?

 

First item, what engine codes is the car actually throwing??

 

That is the mass air flow doin that I just had mine replaced because mine did the same I'd stop and it would jump like I was pressing the gas. Just get that replaced and it will stop. Got mine replaced and haven't had any issues with that sense.
