305 motor on monte carlo i believe the motor is a th350 not 100% sure tho.
Anyway my transmission has been actin up lately when i shift it to drive frm park it takes a few seconds before u hear the tranny literally kick in to gear. It always stalls when its put into any gear prnd

 

i would start with a transmission flush,new fluid etc and see if any shaving etc in trans pan.If you do find shaving probably time for a re-build

 

Ill do that when i get home next week. Any idea how much or how hArd for a rebuild i got the money but Also like challenges anyway.
