a cougar could have anything, in that year, from a 250 I6, a 302, a 390, or the top of the line Cougar Eliminator had a 428 Cobra Jet (I have an orange Eliminator in my room, 1:18 scale).

sorry for stealing the thread, but I'm no longer a fan of synthetic polishes and waxes

your welcome! gotta love the smooth paint!!
when i put myne away for winter i think im going to buff it to get the scratches left over from the previous owner and the dealership he bought it from! let it sit all winter with a nice thick coat of wax, hopefully it will be beautiful and as scratch free as possible.

i get to the final coat of wax on my car this weekened and then it is going into storage in a bubble up on blocks for the winter i cant wait for the sore right shoulder, it is so much fun. there is nothing like getting up at 6 in the morning to wash the car before the sun comes out and then move it into the garage to clay bar and wax it.

yours dosent ride in the winter either? i think its worth it. winter is harsh on a car. especially a black one that looks as beutiful as urs. i love the red stripe above the rockers.
