Default Opinions wanted.....

So I am thinking of changing up the color scheme on my SS to make it stand out a bit.

I am thinking of changing the SS badging, the bowtie, and the brake calipers (and some parts in the engine bay) to either yellow or dark purple, or maybe dark blue. (I am a big Steelers fan, and kind of want a black and gold theme car, but not sure I want it too bright hence the purple or blue ideas)

What do you guys think? Bad idea? Sacrilege?

Also, if anybody is a whiz with photoshop, I would love to see a stock picture of a monte with the badges and the brake calipers in yellow or purple (or both).

Thanks,
-Riggs.

i personally am a fan of blue.... but not real bright, when i redo my brakes im taking them all the way off and im stripping them, then rust protecant, deep black, and a heavy blue pearl. (i have accese to paint shop) for you SS badgin i like the SS on the silverados. you could place those on the doors and decklid and get rid of the others. the bowties you coupld paint urself to be black or any other collor.

again just my opinion
have fun
