Alright, i already asked this in my Welcome post, but i would like more opinions. Im torn between adding Silver racing stripes or keeping my Monte solid black. At first i was gung-ho about the stripes. but i got thinking that it looks amazing just solid black! So i would like some opinions on this if i could.

I have been asking the same question with mine. Either way you go, it will be the right decision.

I can't really help ya I like the stripes, but anymore, i don't even give them a second glance (because they're everywhere). The clean look works really well on the monte because of the body lines on the hood/fenders. There's my opinion, good luck with your decision & make sure you post pictures if you decide to get 2 toned

 

I would keep it black unless you have a plan after the stripes. I try to have an idea on what I am trying to achieve before doing anything especially as somewhat big as stripes. How about blacking it out with tinted windows/tailights with a mean exhaust? That's what I would do. Good luck with your choice and I say no...not now.

 

I would go with just solid black. Looks really sharp! You don't wanna ruin any future plans either. You can always put 'em on again, but if you decide to take them off, you've already paid for 'em.

 

I wonder what matte black stripes would look like? Or dark grey stripes?
