Wow! This is a tough enough project to do domestically let alone in Europe! Kudo's to you Kev! Excellent choice on the LS1/T56 set-up! You'll really enjoy this set-up.
I'm also very surprised that you actually have that much room to work on a vehicle....in my 1-1/2 years in Europe I never really did see very many places where you could acutally work on a car.

I'm working in a old barn at girlfriend's grandparents place. It's kinda hard to find good places in the big cities in germany but you'll find those places in smaller villages on old farms
