If your talking about my avatar then yes, it is my 79' nicknamed 'Marybelle.' I bought it from a lowrider in California. It had a 305 engine but the previous owner switched it out with a 350, and I plan on removing the hydraulic system from it and getting some Nitto tires.

Looks great kev. You took all the fun away chaining up the spring lol. It looks like the easy part is about done.

Thx man!

Guys what do you think about seats like that in my 79 monte?

Please note I have a 59/60 Impala dash to go in - just kinda like that:

I think I'll go with a more retro/classic look for the interior. So what do you think about a 59/60 impala steering wheel? I thought it would look cool with the matching dashboard in the car.. I found a smaller aftermarket look-a-like in 15" diameter:

but I don't know if that steering wheel would bolt on my 79 monte steering column...?

back to work again. today I started scratching all that underbody protection stuff off they put on here in Germany. It helps against rust in winter with all that salt and stuff on streets..

I love it *yikes*

took me the whole day to do that sh*t omg and still not finished with that sh*tty underbody protection cr*p. friggin hard chewy stuff! anyways hopefully I can bring the frame next week to the sandblaster where I'll blast that thing..
