Has anyone either attempted to use this invisible paint protection kit for the 06 Monte Carlo SS, or known anyone else that did? I have noticed that it looks like someone has taken the 3M Scotchguard paint protection kit and cut the templates for you to use on your hood, bumper and mirrors. Both products say the it will last 5 years and protect the front of your car from chips and scratches. On one site I notice that the price is around $350-$400 and on Ebay they have people selling it for as low as $15. I had a LeBra on my 01 Grand Prix GT and as much as I tried keeping up with the taking off and cleaning and putting it back on, the paint still suffered from grit scratches.
