I would assume the part comes with the driver side of the instrument panel. IF you are willing to pay $35 for it you can go to:

Select--Instrument panel>Instrument panel>Trim Plate>Drivers side (Ebony*Standard)

This would be my best guess new which is basically the whole drivers side clip panel that covers the radio, climate controls and the speedo. I guess the other option would be trying a Junk yard to see if any of them have the ignition in them with that part. I have found in my many searches that the ignitions and that whole area are usually pulled out right away but couldn't hurt to look. Good luck!

epoxy, then you can still get it off fairly easy

That's a good idea actually. As long as it looks good when it's on, and everything works properly, why spend the money on a new or used one?

If the original gets too bad, then get another one.

sorry to rez a dead post, but i thought someone may be interested...
today i bought one of these rings, and the rubber boot that goes around it from morad for $15.50 shipped, erik said he has a few of them so, if anyone is interested...drop them a line.
