Those actually came from the 2000 Grand Prix GTP Daytona 500 edition or a 2002 40th Anniversary Grand Prix. I owned the 2000 but traded it in for my 03 Monte.

also 2001 gtp special edition. rgant_19 if you have time to go to the junk yard i would hit that first cause it's real hard to find one online plus they not cheap either. expect to pay around $300. i paid $200 and $180 each for one of the set.

Whoaaaaaaa silverbullitt, that is a lot. You right, I will hit the junk yards but the yards here in chicago are ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. I mean of everything! Even the suburbs, they too as well. Thats why was gonna try to find it off the net.

I like the look of them when ever I see them on a GP. Not used to seeing them on a Monte. I think they'll look better when they're installed properly.

Speaking of which. Do you have to remove the thing that's in the roof channels from the factory? If so, how do they come out? Just pry them out?

Here's a larger pic of fever42's car with the roof rails.

I tried to find them off the net and haven't locate the roof rails yet. Hell, I wouldn't mind have that scoop (thats on top of the photo thats on your message of fever42's car) on my car Taz. Then again, it may not look right, since I don't have the spoiler on my trunk that's flipped up.

i hear ya taz, it took me a while to get used to the rail...now i like it cause it's different look . i posted the pics on grand prix forum, surprised me that alot people liked it some said they look better on the mc than the gp. yes i have to take off the channel strips. it's held by double side tapes and very easy to come off.

rgant_19 not sure is he sold them yet.
