My 2003 requires that you take the interior door cover off because you have to take the rear view mirror off, there’s three bolts holding the mirror on and one screw around on the inside of the door holding the trim piece. If you follow the trim piece that we all can’t buy anymore around to the inside there’s one screw holding it on. The rear view mirror will stop the trim piece from sliding back to the rear of the door to come off or from coming off downwards.

Hey Maniac, if I remember right they just slide off and on, dont remember undoing any screws. But then I'm getting sometimers more and more as time flys by. But I think I just pulled them off.

Thanks both of you! I looked in the shop book and it is a bit "sketchy" if it is one screw or multiple. But sounds easy enough, I am going to keep my eyes open next time I go junk yarding (as my black monte needs a replacement driver side one, you know, the impossible to find piece). If I can get a salvage one that is still holding up, it's worth it.

I gave him the wrong answer because he jumped in on the thread that I posted about the outside trim on the bottom of the window.
