these are mustang rims btw in case you wondering. 18x9 on 255/45/18 tires and lowered with ssc springs and of course stock struts and suspensions. as far as as spacers or fender flares you do not need any. the only problem with going wider tires and lower is you going to need to roll fender lip and will feel every bumps you hit and some vibrations.
Dude your car totally inspires me. What is on your roof, i mean those two black stipes. They look good.
