Opinion Needed: Are these upgrades worth the money?
So I plan on turboing my 03 monte ss but before I do that I want to make it handle as good as possible. I plan on adding the rev9 hyper-streat 2 coilovers and the zzp front and zzp 18mm rear sway bars. Is there anything else I'm missing? What other stuff do I need? And are these good coilovers? I only plan on lowering it 1-2 inches with the coilovers.
Never heard of those coils but I would only recommend ZZP or BC coils. Youre going to be missing out if you dont also replace the control arms, tie rods, wheel hubs, and tires. -If your goal is handling first.
Before you consider putting a turbo in any further, you need to know how unreliable these transmissions are. If youre going to add that much power, its recommended to buy a built transmission (5-10k depending if you can do any trans work yourself) or have the money saved to buy a rebuild when the turbo ultimately blows it, and it will.
What I would suggest in place of the turbo would be a supercharger. Just google 3800 top swap.

Tires, which IMO should be #1 on the list. Swapping from a sporty daily driver tire to an ultra high performance tire is a game changer. Not just for handling either, for acceleration and braking too.
Having done pretty much all of the possible suspension mods on a w body, I wouldnt personally do it all again (and frankly I never did again despite buying several more w bodies after). The bang for the buck drops off pretty quickly the deeper you go. I think you're spot on with your thinking - springs or coilovers, sways, (and tires) and send it like that.
Its never going to be a very good handling car, so Id hate to see you plowing thousands into chasing something unattainable. Hit the low hanging fruit and move on to the turbo.
No, not really. As you can probably tell by the price, it's about the opposite - they're pretty much the bottom of the barrel. Not a whole lot of people have used them as theyre relatively new, but there are reports of strut failure after a year and of extremely rough springs.
IMO if you're dead set on coilovers, BC or ZZP is the way to go.

Is there even a direct bolt on for these brand of coils? Im only seeing stuff for Acura and Nissan.
-And after seeing those prices, why not just go with the good stuff for a couple hundred more. Not only is it a superior product but I guarantee after sales support will be top of the line being from very well known companies.

Seems to vary by distributor which cars they list as compatible, but the link above is one for the 2nd gen wbody GP.
