Default Suspension upgrades

I'm planning on upgrading my suspension over the winter. Most likely buying it piece by piece and then putting it all together at the start of spring (If I'm lucky I'll have new tires and wheels too when the weather gets warmer.)

I'm driving a stock 2001 LS with 114k right now.

I plan on getting a set of KYB AGX struts, an Eibach pro-kit, and new strut tower braces for front, and putting a strut tower brace on the rear.

Can anyone recommend a brand/supplier for upgrading the front strut tower brace?

Also, recommendations for adding a rear strut tower brace (there isn't one on there currently)? Is this fairly easy to do myself?

I'd like to install both strut tower braces myself, but plan on buying the struts and springs and having them installed by a local shop.

Anything else I should consider while I'm planning this out?

Thanks

-Riggs.

I would consider upgrading the sway bars while I was at it. I have the same setup you're planning on my '02 SS and went about a year before adding the sway bars and was suprised at the difference they made. I forget how much they cost but it wasn't a whole lot.

As the sway bars go, just get the gmpp kit.

The rear strut brace does make a difference. You can go to BMR and spend a buck fifty, or get Don Romes brackets for 40 and the gmpp rstb and save money and get the same performance.

This guy makes good stuff.

Also, get the moog rear sway bar links, part # 6662. At 114 K, yours are toast.
