Default Suspension Upgrades/Replacement

What is all involved if I wanted to replace all the parts that can wear out for my suspension?

What parts do I need?

What parts should I upgrade if I'm going to be taking it apart anyway?

What lowering springs should I pair with the AGX Struts?

Can I use the spring that raises the rear-end with new, shorter springs?

What are the biggest rims I can run if I install the big brake kit, but also be able to lower the car?

I have sort of the same question. I want my car to feel like brand new again. I will be buying all 4 struts and shocks including the mounts for each one of them. Will also be buying some of those suspension kits for the Monte on eBay.
