Default Suspension Upgrades? 1999 with 86K

So I have a 1999 Monte Carlo Z34 that has 86K on it and I am looking to do some suspension upgrades. This is my first used car, and it is the highest mileage vehicle my family has ever had so I have never had to do any of this with other vehicles. I purchased this car a year ago knowing it needed some work and I wanted to learn how to work on it. Well I fell in love with this car and I do not see myself getting rid of it, so I want to do whats best to keep it around as long as me.

For starters, my rear strut mounts have to be bad, the rear makes a ton of noise on any small bump. I notice this most when it is cold out. So I plan on changing all the struts and all the strut mounts. Looks like I am going with KYBs and their replacement mounts. I dont need anything real performance but better than stock is good.

I also plan on installing the tubular rear trailing arms, and the GM strut tower braces front and rear. I am also changing out the stock rotors for some better ones along with stainless steel hoses.

Should I change the balljoints and tie rod ends while I am at it? Like I said Ive never had a vehicle with this mileage. If so, what brand should I go with or where should I get them from?

Is there anything else I should look into changing while I am at it? Thanks
