Which is better for an 07 ss ... bilstein hd struts and springs or bags? I really want to be low but are there any good bags for the car?

A lot of people do the Bilsteins or Adjustable KYB with lowering springs. You can't really get a hold of the Bilsteins anymore new so you have to find a set used and have them rebuilt if need be.
