Default STIFFER SPRINGS

I was looking for some stiffer springs for my 2000 Monte Carlo SS. I want to raise the rear end about 2 inches so whith my 20 inch rims the tires don't rub. I was wondering does anybody know where I can get some and about how much do they cost ?

I ordered some from auto zone. I can't remeber the price on them. You should just get your fenders rolled so you don't have to raise it and so the the back tires will just tuck in the fenders.

I was thinking bout raising the rear of my 03 SS too...I plan on getting 20's soon. Wbodystore.com had Rear Heightening springs for $129.99. Let me know what you come up with.

03 Sleeper SS.

What is the width of the tire?? I have 20x8.5 and I don't have any rubbing..My fenders are rolled, but I had issues with Eibachs(with people in the car), I'm now running Koni with the .7 .9 drop kit...

With a stock height you shouldn't be rubbing...

Roll the fenders, it's a better option IMO... You *** is going to look funky in the air..

You can do it a couple of ways, the ones I know of involve heating the fender and taking a roller to it *inside fender well...*
The other is cutting it downand shave itwith a dremal or rotary tool.

Any custom car shop can do it, and if properly, you can't tell.

The Montes have a good amount of metal tobe shaven without changing the look of the fender.
