So running 16s won't hurt me suspension or anything?

GET THE SNOW TIRES!!! I can't emphasize the difference that they make on snow and ice. Dry roads, no difference. I've been using them for years. I currently don't have them on, and I'm cringing at it. Going to TRY to get thru the winter on these Goodyear whatevers. The last set on the Intimidator was Goodyear Ultra Grips (cop car tires), and they were the best I've used on the car yet. I had some Michelin, and I got 1 year of use and they were trashed. I got 2 years on the Goodyears.

I put Blizzaks on the Z71, and the dealer made us leave them on the truck when we traded it last January. Good tires, but I think the Ultra Grips were better.

What does Tire Rack rate them at? That's where I would at least research them at.

i cant imagine they would. but maybe someone with more knowledge on that topic will chime in.
I have 16' blizzaks, i believe (I need to double check they are in storage right now) but i know they are 16s
I ran them all winter last year and i was very impressed how the monte handled in the snow.

Those things are more about driver input. You have to want to slow down slowly and drive slower in order to not slip and slide.
