Rotor Suggestions?

Rotor Suggestions?
My pads are in need of replacing and I'll probably upgrade the rotors at the same time. Anyone have any suggestions? So far this is what I'm looking at...

Pads I'll look into once I decide on rotors. What about upgrading the rear rotors? Anyone know what would have to be done to put a rotor that was closer to the same size as the front and keep the braking balance? Would pads with less bite be enough to even it out?
Can't say I know a lot about brakes but I'd love to learn more.

Hold that thought, great timing here
My good friend ethan from www.higherpowerautosports.com is gonna offer rotors and pads at cost, I am waiting for the price but they are prostop and stoptech brakes, I will let you know how much my friend can get good brakes for.
This is my next upgrade he will be getting me performance brakes and pads at dealers cost so should be a good deal, I should have some prices on them this week, So I will post again.
Maybe I can get a good deal on brakes for ya

He can get cross drilled and slotted or just drilled or just slotted rotors, definately HAWK Pads.
As soon as I get more info I will post,
He is looking into a big brake kit for my car since I have larger wheels and a big rotor would look nice,
also he does get the g2 caliper brake paint.
I am gonna do slotted rotors with hawk pads and do the caliper paint and will be done with the wheel area,
This was gonna be my next plan but since he called me up and told me the great deal I am not gonna pass this up

Okay let me know, I'm looking at slotted rotors and Hawk pads would be cool with me. Big brake kit would be interesting, but I'd prefer to be able to keep my stock wheels for winter time, could always get some larger lightweight wheels though.

Look 4ward to seeing what `Patrick's friend has.
Keep us posted on what you decide & put on.
I think brakes/disc/rotor's/pistons are one of the most
important investments a owner can make, even more so
then speed parts.
It's super 2 go fast, but it's sure is a secure feeling 2
be able to stop, especially if there is a large object
in front of you ~ WoW
You really need good brakes here in Florida with all the
elderly on the roads that jump/pull `out right in front of you.

Standard rotors are long lasting good performance.
Slotted - bit shorter lifespan, eats up pads a bit, much better performance.
Cross Drilled - Much shorter lifespan, eats pads, great performance.
Cross Drilled and Slotted - Incredibly short lifespan, fragile (they crack up and warp quickly), eats pads very quickly, awesome braking power.
The most you will need on the Monte is Slotted. Cross drilled if you hit very high HP and you like to inspect your rotors or are going to be running autocross.
CD/Slotted if you are doing something professional like drifting - so the Monte doesn't apply - or you just like to replace them every other year.
