Default Rolling fenders

Any suggestions or input on this? About to do it in the next couple days and just wondering if theres anything I should know first.

Those videos pained me to watch. I couldnt imaging taking a baseball bat or more so a hammer and block of wood to my cars. I think I got it tho. Kinda "practiced" on my nissan and its working as it should.

I guess what im more concerned with are the plastic bumper lips that cannot bend. I dont see anyway to heat it up and bend it so would trimming be ideal?

Ive actually had to remove my good wheels because after the shop slotted everything, its fixed the enormous camber problem I had (pushing the top of the tire closer to the arch of the fender) and they were going to start cutting into a brand new $1000 set of tires.

I think I failed to mention, I DO have a roller.
