Well i finally got started on them :p
idk how im going to like them installed, they're pretty wide at 2 inches
i also need to make the tips shorter, im going with 45 degree cuts lol

Very cool! I've always hated the square/rectangular ends of the stock bars

The stock diagonals were clearly done as cheap as possible, just "crimp" the ends. I almost wish when I got mine powder coated that I would have had the ends welded to "seal" them and a little touch up with a dremel to round the edges.
Too much work.

the ones on GP's look much stronger i think
mines are all rusted at the ends

Damn these things look TOUGH! LOL

the passenger side i kinda screwed up on at the bottom the tip is kinda offset on the angles but it still looks alright i guess
this is all i got done today since its been raining on and off all day lol

Looks good so far I think you should round the tips a bit and give them a radius. IMO that would look better.

Thanks man and yep that's what I was planning to do all edges will be rounded
