Need help with new shocks and springs for my 86 ss

Hey guys looking for help. I want to beef up my shocks and springs in my 86 ss. I live in ny on longisland and the roads are terrible. Anybody can help me with a good choice name brand for both. Thsnks guys

Hotchkis is always a good choice, are you going with stock height or lowering it?
