I am replacing rear supension(lower control arm, torsion bars, struts, and sway bar) for my 3.4. Whats my best plan of attack?Any known snafoos I should keep an eye out here. ANy tips will be great.y appreciated.

Well for the type of struts I would recommend using KYB GR-2 or AGX struts. Monroe mounts are good as well. Replace all bushings and lube everything. I am in the process of collecting all the parts I need to do this as well.
