Anyone try & put a set or seen a monte with the new impala split 5 spoke rims? I like the style & wondered if anyone tried it yet

 

i think i have seen one online but cant remember where i saw it. i think it looks pretty good if its the rims i am thinking of

FYI - Those are 10 spokes.
I think they are 18's. Bolt pattern, yes, they fit. Chibi might know more, as I believe there is an issue with tire size and rubbing problems depending on the tire size you go with.

I considered looking for those when I wanted new rims.

 

I thought that style was the 17s?

 

According to this eBay seller, that's an 18.... But it may have also been offered in 17s (not sure)....

i'd have to say these are my fav. style of rim that they've come out with for the impala. IDK why even, there isn't anything all to special about the design, it just looks really good

 

Split 5 spoke is the same as 10 spoke & there 18s i looked at an impala with them & i really like em just wonder how they will look on the car

 

I honestly was considering a set of those rims for my Monte. I think they would look good. The reason I was kinda not for them is they lacked that "something" in the design of the spokes that the Vettes had with their 10 spoke rims....
The plus side is if you damage one, GM made LOTS of them and there are probably LOTS of salvage yards with them today.
