Default Hankook Tires?

My car came with some nearly new Hankook tires on it. Neither hubby nor I have heard of these. Good, bad? Heck, they're new so I'm happy for the time being, lol.

Hankook makes pretty decent tires, I guess they can also make pretty bad tires, most manufacturers make both kinds. No personal experience myself my brother has a set on an Exploder he bought, He is real pleased. I also had asked one of our tire vendors once about them, he said he would buy a set. Guess that says something about the quality.

I have Hankook Optimo H727's on my Monte Carlo ,rated for 100,000 miles, and I have 10,000 on them, they still look new. My parents have around 20,000 on the same tire on their minivan, but since it's heavier, it's eating thme up a little bit faster. I'm happy with it though. Good wet and dry traction, haven't tried them in the snow yet, holding up well, no rot issues, still look new.....

With Hankook, you have to be careful which tire you get. I hear the H724 is a POS though.

My work truck 2005 Ford F150 came stock with them. Over 60K before I had them replaced and second set the same. Only bad thing I can say is when they get wore they spin in the rain. Also, when I raced the best tire we could get was the hanook Ventus. Really stuck well to the track and held up well.

Hi I was reading this thread and was wondering how many people on here use hankook tires and what has been the experience with them so far. I see some people claiming they have seen them last as long as 60k before wearing out...has anyone had longer or shorter time before normal daily driving tread wear?
