Default Going to put STB's on the Dale Jr.

I ordered the GM STB's and the Don Rome brackets to install on my Dale Jr. I'm going to do the front and back. From everything I've read, this seems to be a fairly simple installation. Anyone have any issues using these parts?

None, pretty straight forwards. Good luck.

I have heard the rear makes the biggest difference.

I did both at the same time and noticed a difference in cornering.

It's very straight forward. Makes a big difference in how stiff the car feels. The hardest part is just crawling in the trunk to install the rears

I'm surprised with the addition of the V8 the 06-07's don't have even the front brace. I figure that was a cost reduction move by GM. I certainly don't see any other reason for removing it.

Idk if it was because I am tall or what iT it seemed easier to not have to bend over the bumper that long so I just jumped in.

You could get the ZZP STBs (they normally go on some nice sales around Black Friday). The only down side with the ZZP ones, you have to oblong the holes to make them fit.

I have a pair on my Monte, but I have not driven it enough to notice any significant difference.
