i got a 1999 montecarlo ls 3.1 with abuot 118000 miles on it and i keep hearing this streching noise coming from the driver side. ive had everything replaced such as ball joints, tie rods, struts,strut mounts. i just cant seem to find the problem. IT happens when i turn left and when im driving.. PLEASE HELP

 

just for fun check the bolts on the diagonal braces from the fenders to the rad support
I found them loose and partly stripped on mine and it was making all sorts of strange
noises, had to drill & tap the holes larger so the bolts would hold but it fix the noises
