FE3 and FE4 Rack & Pinion

FE3 and FE4 Rack & Pinion
So I'm replacing my gear rack but have a question on this. The SS comes withe FE4 suspension package, what are the differences between the SS FE4 and my LT's FE3? Are the parts interchangable? If figure if I'm going to do the work might as well upgrade.
