Thanks Frank. The new strut/spring assembly is the same length, but it doesn't line up with the steering knuckle holes...Just about an inch off.

Rotors and calipers are off as I replaced the wheel bearings/hubs as well.

Going to loosen the sway bar bushings and make it fit.

Good luck with the work guys (D_Spear and 2006 Monte Carlo SS).

I've got Bilstein HD's paired with Canuck Motorsports (SSC) lowering springs. Work on mine took me 12 days from start to finish but there was quite a bit of down time during that period. For one, I started working before the springs arrived. Reason for that was so I could paint the brake calipers and brackets, while everything was apart, and have those finished so when the springs did arrive I could more or less start installing right away.

Yeah, I take my time as well....Fronts are done, rears can wait till tomorrow.
